Unilever Ethiopia inaugurated a signal (toothpaste) factory in Ethiopia
OBN March 29, 2019- Unilever Ethiopia inaugurated a signal (toothpaste) factory in Ethiopia at the Eastern industrial park in Dukem, Oromia regional state, 31 kilometers southeast of the capital, Addis Ababa.
Officials from Unilever and the federal government, including State Minister of Health, Dr Lia Tadesse, Deputy Commissioner of Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) Hana Arayasilassie, attended the inauguration ceremony.
The London based Unilever, the world's second-biggest consumer-products maker, opened its first factory in Ethiopia in 2016.
Unilever is one of the world's leading manufacturers of several consumer products including; food stuffs, personal care and home products. Currently, the manufacturer has 90 plants in Africa. Source:-Investment Commission
